Home to School Transport (HTST) Contact Details

Dear Parents and Carers,

We are committed to providing clear, effective communication and continually improving our services based on your feedback. With this in mind, we are making changes to how you contact us regarding Home to School Transport (HTST).

What’s Changing?

From Tuesday 13^th January 2026, all calls about HTST will be managed by our Customer Service Centre.

New Contact Details

• New Contact Number: 01865 519 800. (Select option 2)

• The previous numbers (01865 323 795 and 01865 323 500) will close on Monday evening. If you call these numbers after closure, you will hear a message asking you to redial the new number.

What This Means for You

• Please use 01865 519 800 for all HTST enquiries. (Select option 2)

• Customer Service Centre staff will have access to the latest information and will aim to resolve your query swiftly.

• If your enquiry requires specialist attention, Customer Service Centre will ensure it is passed to the relevant team.

This change is designed to improve response times and make it easier for families to get the support they need. We value your feedback and have taken it on board to enhance our communication and service delivery.

Over the coming six weeks, the two teams will be working very closely together to ensure a smooth transition. We kindly ask for your patience during this period, but please rest assured that our priority is to provide you with a positive experience whenever you call.
