Join us for an online SEND Connect with members of the Learning Disability Nursing team at Oxford University Hospitals (OUH). The team will talk about the support they can offer children, young people and adults with a learning disability when accessing hospital services, including reasonable adjustments and healthcare passports. We’ll also explore reasonable adjustments that may be helpful in other healthcare settings.
