In this session, the Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS) will talk about something called ambiguous loss and explore how it shapes the parental journey toward acceptance. We will reflect on the emotional and psychological impact of living with ongoing uncertainty — what it’s like to live with that uncertainty, how it can take an emotional toll, and how acceptance often grows slowly over time rather than happening all at once.
