The Oxfordshire Communications and Interaction (C&I) Team will join us to to chat about the primary to secondary transition process for children with SEND. They'll explore how to prepare children for change, strategies for managing anxiety and uncertainty, the support schools may be able to provide, and what to do if you have concerns about your child's transition arrangements.
