My name is Jean Ramsey I am 73 and I am still passionate about helping other grandparents to understand and support their ND grandchildren/. I am grandparent myself and I have neurodivergent children one is ADHD and the other is Autistic. I realise that I am probably ADHD myself.

I am a retired secondary school teacher. I taught at Cooper School in BIcester for 30 years.

I was an early adopter of the coach approach in my teaching.

I completed my coach training way back in 2004.

I facilitate a 13 week group coaching programme for grandparents to raise their awareness of what ND young people have to contend with; to help them accept their grandchildren as they are and not as they wish they were! Then we move on to the actions they can put in place for their family.
