About the event
Growing up, Sex and Relationships
It is very natural to feel unsure on how best to prepare your child for puberty and adolescence, or how to support them to navigate this confusing time. It is also understandable to feel concerned for your child's wellbeing and safety.
This workshop will help you to:
- Develop your understanding of how the process of 'growing up' affects your child and your relationship with them
- Feel more confident at supporting your child to understand the physical and emotional changes that happen to them during puberty
- Feel more equipped to support your child with understanding how to develop and maintain safe and appropriate personal relationships
- Give an understanding of the statutory duty for Schools and the Law
Please note: Places are limited so if for any reason, you are unable to attend, please do cancel your registration so we can allow other parent carers to attend.
