CAMHS NDC: Support in the Community for Young Adults (Post-18)

Our webinar “Support in the Community for Young Adults (Post-18)” explores the range of support available for young adults aged 18 and over, particularly those who are neurodivergent or have mental health needs.

The session aims to:

  • understand how support changes as young people move into adulthood;

  • learn about NHS, local authority and community services available across Oxfordshire;

  • explore support for mental health, neurodivergence, education, employment and independent living;

  • understand what help is available through services such as the Adult ADHD Service, Keystone Mental Health Teams, the Moving into Adulthood Team and Access to Work;

  • answer common questions from parent carers about navigating adult services and preparing for adulthood.

Hosted in collaboration between the Oxfordshire Parent Carers Forum (OxPCF) and Oxford Health, the session featured:

  • Dr James Stacey – Consultant Clinical Psychologist, CAMHS Neurodevelopmental Conditions Team

  • Beth Morphy – Team Manager, Keystone Mental Health Teams

  • Erin Booth – Team Manager, Oxfordshire Adult ADHD Service
