CAMHS NDC: Support in the Community for Young Adults (Post-18)
Our webinar “Support in the Community for Young Adults (Post-18)” explores the range of support available for young adults aged 18 and over, particularly those who are neurodivergent or have mental health needs.
The session aims to:

understand how support changes as young people move into adulthood;

learn about NHS, local authority and community services available across Oxfordshire;
-
explore support for mental health, neurodivergence, education, employment and independent living;
-
understand what help is available through services such as the Adult ADHD Service, Keystone Mental Health Teams, the Moving into Adulthood Team and Access to Work;
-
answer common questions from parent carers about navigating adult services and preparing for adulthood.
Hosted in collaboration between the Oxfordshire Parent Carers Forum (OxPCF) and Oxford Health, the session featured:
